L.A. Noire, also known as LA Noire, is an upcoming game from Rockstar Games and developed by Team Bondi. It is a dark neo-noir mystery, action-adventure game developed for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. It was originally released in May 2020 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, in October 2020 for Microsoft Windows and, eventually, in November of the same year for Nintendo Wii, PlayStation 3, and Xbox One. It is a sequel to the critically acclaimed L.E.A.T. that also served as the foundation for the next game, L.A. Noire: The Lost Episode, which was developed by Rockstar North.
The game takes place in different locations and time periods in Los Angeles including Chinatown District, the downtown area of South Central City, and the outskirts of Beverly Hills and Burbank. Each of the three main characters from the previous L.E.A.T. game are here. Detective Anthony D'Amato is here as well as a number of other Los Angeles police officers and FBI agents, and the story revolves around an old case. The story follows his career as he attempts to solve the case and figure out who is behind it. His partner, Rusty Trott is also present and is tasked with investigating the case and finding clues to solve the mystery behind it.
Some of the features of the game that have attracted players are that the storyline is very dark, the voice acting is top notch, the graphics and the gameplay are very realistic, and the plot itself is very interesting. The game is very different from the other titles in the series and offers something new to players. For those of you who are interested in playing this great game, I would suggest looking for reviews of the game and doing a little research online to see if there are any good ones about it.
